Angiee’s Hair Shipping Policy

At Angiee’s Hair, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand the process, timelines, and expectations for your order.

1. Order Processing

 

1.1 Dropshipping to Angiee’s Hair

  • All products are first shipped to Angiee’s Hair for inspection, custom packaging, and branding before being sent to the customer.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the initial processing and delivery of products from our suppliers.

1.2 Inspection and Customization

  • Once your order arrives at our location, we inspect the items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Orders are then customized and packaged, which takes 7–9 business days.

2. Shipping to Customers

2.1 Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping option at checkout.

2.2 Shipping Timeframes

  • Once your order is ready for shipment, delivery typically takes 10–12 business days.
  • Please note that the total time from order placement to delivery may be up to 21 business days.

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

4. Delays and Issues

4.1 Dropshipping Delays

  • As our products are dropshipped to us before being sent to you, occasional delays may occur due to supplier or carrier issues. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

4.2 Carrier Delays

  • Angiee’s Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

 

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the received items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to United States only.
  • Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our packaging and hygienic considerations, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
