RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Angiee’s Hair, we are committed to delivering high-quality wigs, raw virgin hair, and hair care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, or hair care products once an order has been placed.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All wigs, and products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- All Wigs
- Hair care products (glue, lace tint, remover, silkening mist, etc.)
- Custom or altered items
- Any item that has been worn, used, altered, washed, or has lace cut
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for confirming length, color, texture, density, and lace size before completing checkout. Once an order is processed and processed no changes or cancellations can be made.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence of the packaging and contents. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. Angiee’s Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors once the order has been shipped.
