2. PRODUCTS

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Due to the natural nature of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in texture, color, density, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

2.2 Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If confirmation is not received, please contact us immediately.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3.3 Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once processing has begun.


 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

4.2 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping fees and delivery times vary and are calculated at checkout.

4.3 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Angiee’s Hair is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped and tracking has been provided.


 

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

5.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Wigs ( custom units)
  • Hair care products (glue, lace tint, remover, silkening mist,etc.)
  • Any item that has been worn, used, altered, washed, or had lace cut

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.


 

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase with Angiee’s Hair, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

All chargebacks will be fully disputed using documented evidence including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking
  • Proof of delivery
  • This Terms of Service and Return Policy

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent banning from future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Legal action when applicable

All AI content on this website including text, images, logos, designs, and branding is the property of Angiee’s Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Angiee’s Hair is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or damage caused by improper use or care of products
  • Losses exceeding the value of the purchased item
  • Personal dissatisfaction not related to a verified defect
